How long will it be before I can walk on my carpet?
You can walk on your carpet as soon as we have finished cleaning it, however it will remain damp for around one hour.
I have a very busy schedule, when can you clean my carpet?
We will clean your carpet or upholstery at a time that is most convenient for you. Evening, morning, overnight and weekend appointments are available.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for when you come to my house?
No, all we ask is that your home/business is reasonably neat and tidy. We can move all furniture you require to be moved, clean under it and place it back when the cleaning is finished. We handle all items with the utmost care.
How long will my upholstery take to dry?
In most cases upholstery will be dry overnight, although we have a blower unit which will speed up the drying process, and cut drying times to around four hours. If your upholstery requires fire retarding we can apply this after cleaning, unfortunately this extends drying times by approximately two hours.
Will your cleaning cause my business any interruptions?
No, we will endeavor to clean your businesses premises at a time that will cause the least inconvenience. We can clean in the evenings, overnight, weekends or during the day.
I’ve tried cleaning up a spill myself and have not removed all the staining. Can you help?
We believe the best course of action is to have us clean up the spill. The sooner we can get to you, after the spill, the higher the chance of removing the staining completely. In 99.9% of cases we remove all staining. We do provide an emergency call out facility to our clients.
